Coach Keith knows soccer. He knows how to expertly train and prepare players, but most importantly, he is a very passionate and caring coach. Coach Keith took the time to know my sons on all levels, not just as athletes. Coach Keith has a genuine care for his players. He connected with them and got to know them as the intricate and amazing little people they are. That helped my sons to show up and want to do better. They could feel how much Coach Keith liked them and wanted success for them. Additionally, Coach Keith understands that many times emotions and flawed thinking can get in the way of success on the field. Coach Keith knows how to reach the other aspects of a player's development. He understood what motivated my sons, what blocked them cognitively at times, and most importantly, what they needed to learn both cognitively and physically to be successful. Coach Keith's passion and true desire to motivate his players combined with his top level drills and trainings made all the difference. Keith has a great rapport with the players he coaches. He's able to offer specific instruction on how to do the skills needed to become better technically, something that often gets overlooked in a team training environment, because of the large numbers. Many soccer coaches focus on the skills of the game. Not many coaches are able to do what Coach Keith does. He generates a relationship with each and every one one of his players. This connection allows him to dig deeper and push harder. Coach Keith not only focuses on technique, skills, and strategy; he instills a passion, an “attitude”. He sets the bar high for each of his players, then he creates channels for them to achieve those expectations, and most importantly he instills a relentless attitude. Coach Keith is not afraid to show how much he believes in his players and in return they work hard to prove to him that he is right. He creates the mentality of “ We can do anything, and we will keep on working until we get it”. My son played for Coach Keith for 2 years and now he trains with him whenever he can.
