These training session videos are uploaded so that you may be able to get something out of the session for the content of the training session itself, but mostly, so that we as coaches can see the environments that are being created at the highest levels of football. The best way to learn an art, craft, sport, is to watch the top level people execute and then mimic it. I believe that the more we are exposed to this sort of high level training the more we can emulate it and the more our players will benefit in return.
